These are the terms for headlight restoration work and for texting with us. Nothing here is a surprise — it's what I'd tell you standing in your driveway.

$119 covers both headlights on most cars. Bigger trucks and SUVs, four-headlight setups, and lenses far enough gone to need extra sanding stages cost more. Any price quoted from a photo is an estimate — the final number is confirmed in person before work starts, and you're free to say no at that point and owe nothing.
Payment is due when the work is finished.
If a lens I sealed clouds or yellows again within twelve months of the service date, I'll redo it and you don't pay again.
It doesn't cover physical damage — rock chips, cracked or broken housings, or moisture inside the assembly from a failed factory seal. Those are replacement problems, not restoration problems, and I'll tell you if that's what you have before starting rather than after.
The warranty covers redoing the work. It doesn't extend to other costs.
The job takes about two hours and happens wherever the vehicle is parked. I bring my own power and water — you don't need to supply anything. I'll need access to the vehicle and enough room to work around the front of it.
The coating has to go onto a dry lens and cure, so rain moves the appointment unless there's a garage or carport. Either of us can reschedule; just say so as early as you can.
Some lenses are past restoring. If yours is one of them I'll say so and won't take the job — I'd rather turn down work than sell you something that won't hold.
Restoration is not replacement. AAA laboratory testing measured restored headlights at roughly 70% of the light output of new ones, against about 20% for weathered lenses. That's a real improvement and it is not factory output. If you need factory output, you need new housings.
Results vary with the vehicle, the age of the lens and how far the damage has gone.

Every job gets a before-and-after photo, and I may use those photos to show the work — on this site, or when I'm standing in front of someone asking for a job. They show headlights, not license plates or people. If you'd rather I didn't use yours, say so and I won't.
